Our Physiotherapy Help Center
You do not need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist or for a massage. If, however, you wish to try access a Medicare plan, you will need to obtain this from your Doctor before your appointment. This is a subsidized service.
As a new client you do not need a referral. We ask you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. You will receive by email a client consent form that you can fill out prior to arrival online.
We have clients that travel from Smithfield, Trinity Beach and Edge Hill. We also have interstate clients that come for our specialty knowledge towards a whole systems approach.
We have a Hicaps machine and accept all Health insurance within Australia. We can also accept insurance claims such as in Motor Vehicle accidents.
We do take DVA and Workcover clients but please enquire prior to booking.
